Before proceeding with the final print, we will send a proof to you for approval. Printing will not begin until you approve the proof. It is your responsibility to ensure that the proof matches your expectations, including layout, text, colors, and design details.
3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any design or artwork you submit to us for printing is original, free of third-party rights, and compliant with applicable laws. You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or offensive in any way.
3.2 File Formats and Specifications:
To ensure the best print quality, you must submit files in the appropriate formats as specified by us. If your file does not meet the required specifications, we may contact you to request an adjustment or charge a fee for reformatting.
3.3 Accuracy of Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the ordering process. This includes, but is not limited to, correct shipping addresses, contact information, and product specifications.
4. Order Processing and Payment
4.1 Order Confirmation:
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include details of your order, such as the selected product, design specifications, and estimated delivery time.
4.2 Payment Terms:
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via credit card and BACS transfer. All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Order Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or materially different from the approved proof. If you believe your order has a defect or error, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order for assistance.
6.3 Damaged Goods:
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 1-2 days with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with the design you submit. However, by submitting your design to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your design for the purpose of completing your order.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or suitability of your submitted design for printing. It is your responsibility to ensure that the design meets your expectations before approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages related to the printing service is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
